| Our 3BR condo rents out for $90 per night or $600 for 7 nights. We offer weekly special for $550 per week. Monthly rental available. There is a $70 cleaning fee for any stay less than 5 nights. We require a $100 per week deposit for you to receive your reservation confirmation. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
