Our three bedroom condominium is available year round for rental. Located in the gated resort community of
Windsor Palms. Fully furnished condo for rent near Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida conveniently located off
192 and close to the theme parks, shopping, restaurants, downtown Disney, and other Orlando area attractions.
Master bedroom with a king bed, TV, master bath, large closet. Second bedroom offers a full size bed, TV, large
closet. Third bedroom offers two twin beds, large closet. Our unit has a living room, dining room, fully equipped
kitchen, screened patio seating area, a washer and dryer, ground floor corner location. Over 1400 square feet of
living space. Clean and comfortable for your entire family to enjoy for your next Disney vacation.
Windsor Palms Resort is a 5-star vacation community located just three miles from Walt Disney World. Gated,
guarded entrance allows entry to registered guests only. With our condo rental you get full use of all of the resort
amenities including a heated, Olympic sized swimming pool, clubhouse, game room, movie theater, gym and fitness
center, spa, sundry shop, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and much more. All equipment provided by the resort.
You can still enjoy all of the comforts of your own home while on vacation at our condo. We replace our sheets,
pillow cases, pillows and towels every 6 months and have our carpets cleaned every 3 to 6 months. Our fully
equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher garbage
disposal, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and more.
We require a $100 per week deposit for any reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. You
can get a full refund of your deposit up to 30 days prior to your arrival date.
There is a $70 cleaning fee for stays under 5 nights. This fee is waived for stays of 5 nights or more.
There is 13% Florida state tax.
Our unit rents out for $85 per night, or $550 per week (7 nights) regardless of the season. Military and senior
discounts available. For the comfort of all of our guests, no pets are allowed and there is a no smoking policy inside
the condo.
